AI-Assisted Processing

Valucadi uses artificial intelligence, provided by OpenAI, to power specific parts of the Service — namely quantifying the value of your product's outcomes and drafting supporting narrative content. We do not send sensitive personal data (such as health, financial account, or other special category data under the GDPR) to our AI provider. The information used for these AI calls is limited to the business and product data — such as product details, cost figures, and outcome metrics — necessary to generate your value model.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We share information with the third-party vendors who help us run the Service, including OpenAI (for AI-assisted quantification and content generation) and Google Cloud Platform (for application hosting and infrastructure).
  • Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

When your contract ends, we will delete or anonymize your data, except where we are required to retain it for longer to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
